It's always so much fun to think about how old we are - at least when that number can be counted on one hand! Here's a worksheet all about your little one's age. Talk to your kiddo about how old he is. Then, have him write that number on the line at the bottom of the page. He can do it himself, you can provide an example of a separate sheet of paper for him to look at and copy, or you can even write it for him, having him trace over your number. Then it's time to light those birthday candles. Ask your child to draw a flame on one candle for every year that he is old. For example, if your kiddo is 3, he will draw flames above 3 candles, if he is 4, 4 candles, and so on. You might want to encourage your child to count the number of flames that he has drawn after finishing each one. By doing this, you are helping him to keep track of how many he has drawn and aim specifically for his age, as opposed to simply having a blast coloring - although that's fun, too!
