SENSORY PLAY:
You and your little one can pretend to be animals - especially those that are going to get her down on her hands and knees (cat, dog, frog, etc.) Take turns calling out an animal and then pretending to be that animal for 30 seconds - 1 minute. It's a good time, encouraging imaginative play as well as provided some great proprioceptive (deep pressure) input.
