Tasty Popcorn Witch Hands (with modifications)

This yummy and spooky Halloween activity brings back some fantastic memories. It was something that I worked on, years and years ago, with the kids that came to the daycare my wife and I used to run out of our house. I know that it will make a great memory for you and your little one to share! So, grab a plastic glove, some popcorn, and some candy corn and, of course, your camera and your appetite. Then you can get started on this Halloween Witch Hand!

MODIFICATIONS: For this activity, like lots of the things that we use food for, it's important to chat with your kiddo about your expectations as far as which food is for eating and which food is for the craft. Try setting up 2 bowls/container of each type of food, making sure to be specific about which bowl of popcorn your kiddo can eat and which she he will be using to make the witch hand. Also, showing a picture of the completed craft to your child as you are explaining what you ate going to be doing could go a long way to providing some clarity and some extra excitement about this one!
