We're getting super close to Halloween! And, with that, let's see how many pumpkins we can find on page 23 of the Pumpkin Fun Preschool Pack! This page just has some simple addition and I just wanted to take a moment to point out something that I absolutely love about it: there are both written numbers as well as small pictures of pumpkins to represent those numbers. So, instead of simply looking at a number 2 on the page, a kiddo can actually count the two pumpkins. Instead of trying to, only, add 2+1, the children working on this page will be able to count the small pumpkins in the row in order to come up with the correct answer. When they do have the answer, they should both write the number in the answer space, as well as draw their own pumpkins that correspond to the answer. Have fun!
