There's a really cute Easter pattern activity available at the Over The Big Moon site. It's on Page 9 of the Easter PreK Pack, called, "What Comes Next?" and it's available for download over there and it's a lot of fun. There are several rows of patterns going across the page and there are pictures to cut out to finish those patterns at the bottom of the page. Check it out, grab a copy for yourself and then read onto my modification!
MODIFICATION: Looking at all of those different patterns can definitely be overwhelming for kids, especially with all of the bright Easter colors. This can definitely lead to a little bit of confusion when the child is also trying to focus on completing the pattern. To avoid this, go ahead and cut the patterns strips apart, right on the lines, first. Also, consider presenting only two options as to which picture will complete the pattern, instead of showing all four at a time. Have fun!
