I always enjoy a good cutting worksheet, especially one with cutesy Easter pictures. The Over The Big Moon website has just that. You can find it on Page 5 of the Preschool Pack. Go ahead and grab it and then come on back here for a tip that can make cutting way easier for kids that might be having a little (or a lot) of trouble with it.
MODIFICATIONS: Assuming that your little one is physically able to work scissors, yet he still has trouble with cutting activities, something that might make a huge difference is highlighting the line that you're asking him to cut on. I have always found green and blue highlighters to work best, but it probably makes no difference at all, really. You should definitely try the highlighting, though, because it really helps!
