Perfect Halloween Counting Worksheet (with modifications)

With Halloween coming up quickly, here's a totally fun (and not very spooky) activity! It's got so much of the good stuff that we look for in a children's activity: visual discrimination, counting, writing... and Halloween! The idea here is to for your little one to count the bats, but there is always time to count the cats, witches, and ghosts when she's done in this Halloween Counting Worksheet.

MODIFICATIONS: Here's a thought to help your little one keep all of the pictures that she is counting straight - circle each of the bats, as she counts them. This way, she'll know which ones she has already counted and won't recount any or forget to count some. As she moves onto the other pictures she can do the same thing, circling each one as she goes, or she can even use a check mark, a dot next to each one, or another shapes - circles may be the most basic and the way to go, though. Have fun!
